To our “Betty” Tenants:

We’re regular bicyclists, and we know having a bicycle in Santa Cruz is everything. No need for a car. Luckily, we have an extra bike we don’t use as often. This model was Susie’s, before she “went electric.”

It’s a 2008 Marin Quad XC, which won "Bike of the Year" awards in both the US (2007) and UK (2008). We've maintained it carefully and it's in excellent condition.
