It's almost the end of watermelon season in the east and they're still cheap, so buy a couple, cut them into chunks (sans rinds) and put them on a sheet pan or two, and pop them in the freezer. Once frozen, dump into big ziploc bags. September stingers (and/or watermelon daiquiris) in November!
