Looks superb!! I would’ve served it in my restaurant (long shuttered)!! The palate offers some great wine choices here, too besides the obvious. Gotta try this!

I sent this to my husband, who reminded me of how much I enjoy bagna cauda (do you know that dip? https://www.seriouseats.com/bagna-cauda-northern-italian-anchovy-garlic-dip). So for dinner tonight, he made manicotti, and when he sautéed the veggies for the sauce, he included anchovies. It was so good! Thank you for the inspiration.
