1 cup raisins or mix of small dice *dried* fruit, like cranberries, blueberries, etc.
Sherry to cover the raisins
1 bag of egg noodles, or the miraculous Carba-Nada noodles1
1 stick butter
4 eggs
3 cups full fat cottage cheese (not the light or diet kind!)
1 cup full fat sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
Grated zest of 1 big lemon
Salt
