Birthday Cancer Vanquished! Persian War Rules— & How A.I. Failed the Sex Test . . .

This past week — the week I turned 68 — has been one for the history books, hasn’t it? On today’s Back in Bed podcast:

The San Lorenzo River runs through the middle of Santa Cruz, dividing the East Side and Westside. But virtually no one ever gets IN it. On my birthday, I noticed it was clear to the bottom, shallow, and moving rather gently, so I put on my river showed and hiked down the middle. Here’s where the Branciforte Creek comes in.
