Splash Halloween, Public Pool Style
Last one in, is a rotten, rotten egg!
Our local public swimming pool has a pumpkin bob and floater fundraiser every fall. Obviously, I have to go. I didn’t realize, “squash floats!”
October is still pretty sunny in California — the nights are getting cooler, but the days are blazing and the sunsets spectacular. The pool is the place to be!
I swim laps there ordinarily, but it was special to put on my black crinolines and get into the soup.
What you can do at a public pool pumpkin party:

*Buy Pumpkins to support your local Park and Rec
*Sip and sup ahead of your prefrontal lobotomy
