Pink Gin is another creature than the sum of its parts. It would not be remotely the same with vodka. I think you should visit a friend who stocks good British gin, or want to try this experiment. Make one! As a great writer of the English language, you must at least try.
Kummel is a caraway liqueur. And another reason you should have it, because you are a GREAT cook, is that it’s amazing to use in various sautes and stews.
