There is no topic where the New York Times, our American paper of record, has been more WRONG, every time, than than the subject of sex.

Yeah, even more than politics.

Millions will read their recent story, “How do I get my Sex Drive Back?” They will suffer for it.

It’s more than gratuitous titillation. “Plummeting libido” is frightening, bewildering, and isolating. People don’t know how to talk about it, when it isn’t a joke. No one knows if they care too little, or too much.

This article, a flowery hand-wringer, is addressed to women, as if men don’t go through the same thing. It’s written for heterosexuals, as if no one else exists. It imagines the reader isa scared little housefrau. It fails to differentiate between partner sex issues, vs. masturbation or a fantasy life.

Like a Big Pharma cut-out, the reporter acts as if there is a good pill, or a bad pill, or a placebo pill, that is the cutting edge of this discussion. Nope.
