I’ve done every kind of T-day that’s to be done.
But one year, I made the main event real small, and it remains one of my favorites.
May I present: The Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Breast.
Rub mayonnaise and your favorite mustard and salt and pepper and thyme and garlic on turkey breast.
Wrap in thin bacon.
Roast at 350 degrees. How long? About 15-20 minutes per pound. You’re looking for an internal temp of 165 degrees. Let it rest for about 15 minutes before you dig in!
