The tiniest Thanksgiving might be the tastiest

I’ve done every kind of T-day that’s to be done.

But one year, I made the main event real small, and it remains one of my favorites.

May I present: The Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Breast.

  • Rub mayonnaise and your favorite mustard and salt and pepper and thyme and garlic on turkey breast.

  • Wrap in thin bacon.

  • Roast at 350 degrees. How long? About 15-20 minutes per pound. You’re looking for an internal temp of 165 degrees. Let it rest for about 15 minutes before you dig in!
