A Composed Salad, a Corn ‘n’ Oil

It’s not “a jug of wine and thou,” but close!

There’s two things you’ll want to do with this spring weather:

1. Make a composed salad with new spring vegetables

2. Stir up an Corn and Oil cocktail, with plenty of limes.
   

We’ll take them one at a time.

When I first heard the phrase “salade composeé,” I thought it mean a very calm bowl of greens. Or a salad with Valium.
